Hi Everyone I’m from UK and joined to do the into to low carb course. I’ve been in 12-Step food addiction groups for years with little abstinence or quite frankly joy. I do know when I eat carnivore or LC my cravings diminish. Looking for help to implement a sustainable way of eating LC without feeling admonished. I also have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome ( 15 years) which affects all areas of my life, work , marriage, family. Can this be reversed with LC? I understand it can and really need help please.
