Guys, @Amy Eiges and I have been thinking about a special challenge next month and we wanted your feedbacks We wanted to highly encourage as part of the challenge, daily check ins that focus on biofeedback, like CGM, ketones, activity tracking and fasting clocks… It will still be a small group format and we will be offering our intro course as an addition for beginners and offering our Wednesday open-hours (mini meeting) for questions. What do you all think of a format like this?
