First meal today…eggs (heavily peppered cuz I forgot that the pepper shaker is really more of a pepper-pour-er 🤷‍♀️) & sardines with some mayo added so I could scoop it up with a few Epic pork rinds if just the spoon wasn’t cutting it. 😬 Today was my first time not hiding the sardines in with a can or two of tuna & not gonna lie…I’m pretty happy with myself! Incorporating sardines has been a journey that started on “Ain’t-No-Way” Street & ended up at “That-Was-Pretty-Tasty” Ave. Now I’ll be setting my sights on getting to the “How-‘Bout-Dem-Bones” traffic circle cuz not everyone loves traffic circles! 😳 🤞 It’s a journey and every day can be an adventure… #itsoktobeaworkinprogress
