I’ve been deliberate at weight loss and low carbs. For well over a year now I’ve been a carnivore, except for eating way too many peanuts. Today I received a call from my doctor only to inform me that my A1C is at 6.0. I was dumbfounded seeing as how I’ve been restricting carbs. Never has it been that high. Plus I weigh train 2-3 days a week. After contemplating the situation I believe it’s the nuts. I don’t use sugar only monk fruit with allulose. Can anyone chime in with suggestions please? Thank you.
