Got my workouts done early this morning and then moved onto a little meal prep! Nothing fancy, just 3 different kinds of ground meat cooked, seasoned & ready to use however I want. 1) Ground beef - taco seasoned (duh!) 2) Ground pork - cooked, seasoned & ready for maybe eggroll in a bowl or something similar 3) Chorizo - browned & ready. With eggs is a given but I also like using a green like Swiss chard w/chorizo! Similar to the eggroll in a bowl but spicy! π Keeping it simple is the way!
