Vacation meal: giant ribeye, Kerrygold butter, meunster cheese, a little red wine. Vacation rentals always have crappy knives, so I bring this set of folding steak knives. They’re also handy at church cookouts. Anyhow, they were dreadfully dull when purchased; I made them scalpel-sharp.
