This is our annual beach week. I had the sous vide running for much of yesterday to prep steaks and short ribs. I also have 2 sleeves of hamburger patties in the freezer… We have eggs, cheese, bacon, more bacon, salami, prosciutto, pepperoni, hot dogs, polish sausages, NY strip steaks, ribeyes, and short ribs. And the aforementioned to-be-grilled hamburgers.
