So this week was a bit of self imposed drama for me. LOL. I had to give up dairy which I love. It’s a medical thing and hopefully will make a positive difference. After the initial my life is over thinking, I dug into non dairy meals and substitutes. While also sticking to non processed, for example using coconut cream instead of heavy cream, things like that. Today I made the cabbage pancakes and they turned out amazing! For the dip I used mayo and not sour cream.
