🌞💪 Just finished some intense yardwork, turning the beds in this summer heat! 🌿🔥 Nothing beats the satisfaction of a well-tended garden. To cool off, I jumped into a 68°F ice bath for 10 minutes. 🧊💦 Wish it could've been colder, but hey, this summer heat is tough to fight!
