I’m kind of a creature of habit when it comes to exercise. I tend to stick to the workouts that I’m familiar with & that I like. Yesterday I decided to try out a different full-body strength training session that I had not done before. In fact, I did it twice…. Welp, now I know exactly which muscles I haven’t been working on the regular! 😬🤦♀️ So today I took my sore old body outside & spent a few hours doing some yard work, outside chores & soaking in some Vitamin D! That soreness was no match for all the trimming, weeding, sweeping, watering & cleaning up that needed to happen. I felt much less sore & more stretched out after all of that! My yards look nice & clean and I have a new workout that’s going in my line-up! 😎☀️
