Been super stressed the last few days and couldn’t identity exactly what was causing it (combo of things going on). So I decided to take today to just lean into it to figure things out…and first time ever when I was super stressed I decided to do a 26 hour fast so I didn’t have food to distract me. Yes, for me even if it’s keto, food can keep me from “feeling”! Feel so great about it and good learning that I can process hard stuff WITHOUT FOOD!! Today was a win!!!
