Its been a while since I've posted. Went from doing OMAD to 2MAD with the purpose of increasing protein. I have definitely upped my protein intake but I will admit that OMAD was easier, only had to plan for one now its double the work. π. Haven't been too successful at exercising at home. I have enough weights and space, just can't seem to get there. Still doing the grunts 'n' giggles classes and the TRX class, at the gym. This morning was the usual, get up have some tea and a chat with my hubby then a bit of doom scrolling. I kept telling myself that I should get my butt downstairs and do some kind of workout, but couldn't make myself do it. So I channeled my inner @Amy Eiges and decided to put my workout clothes on. Even if I don't do anything I am at least working closer to the goal. Recently my coach shared the tabata song she often uses during our class, its 20 rounds of 30 on 15 off. I have a list of exercises printed off so I can choose from it. After puttering around cleaning up I felt like I was ready to work out. It went well, even remembered more exercises to add to the list. I really think that putting on my workout clothes, having the same music that is used in the classes made the difference. As @Amy Eiges says, you never regret working out.
