I struggle not just with sugar, per se, but sweetness. I have been addicted to diet sodas and sugar-free chocolates and the like. So I am skeptical of things like Zevia drinks and Atkins cookies and candies, which I have yet to try. What has been your experience with these products? What is the healthiest way to flavor water without triggering a craving for something sweet?
