So I’m doing well on Keto, weight is starting to drop, clothes feel noticeably looser, motivation is high. Then today, I catch my reflection in a store window and immediately think - it hasn’t made a difference, still so far to go, how is this possible. 😱 Anyone else have moments like this? I boosted myself up by listening to the podcast while on my walk tonight. Tomorrow is another day!
