Leg gains. Some time after I began keto/carnivore, the scale hadn’t moved all that much but I had “face gains” meaning my face felt less puffy and I was starting to look more like my old self. Lately, I’ve been experiencing “leg gains.” My weight loss has slowed again but my legs and thighs are looking noticeably slimmer — and I can still feel the muscles. At times, this process is just weird but I keep going. Still no sugar. Still focusing on beef, bacon and other fats. I’ve run out of KetoMojo testing strips and they’re backlogged so I won’t be able to test until next week but I feel like I’m still in mild ketosis. I do need to refocus my efforts on IF - maybe a couple of 24 or 36 hour fasts would kick it up a notch. Anyway, looking forward to learning more at my first session of small group coaching tomorrow!
