Here’s a recipe that everyone in my house enjoys, Cabbage Pancakes. It fits both Keto and vegetarian diets, is super easy, and comes with a luscious dipping sauce. It’s my go to recipe when I’m craving Asian take out. Leftovers heat up well in the oven, skillet, or air fryer. Follow recipe as written, I usually add a tsp of fresh ginger and have substituted other types of onion if I don’t have scallions handy.
