I’ve read several articles on here without finding the answers I am looking for. I am about 6 weeks into eating strict low carb, and have started fasting from 8 PM until 12 PM the following day. I ordered KETO brand ketone testing strips and am finding them hard to read as compared to some I have used in the past because of the color chart they use. The last time I took the test I would say the color put me around an 8(in whichever level they test this) which they say is higher than where you should be. Can someone help me understand if I am feeling good, am having no negative effects, and losing weight, if I really need to be worried about this? Also-how would one go about bringing this level down if it’s truly a concern? I would appreciate any thoughts on this. Thanks!
