This past week I had to go into the office for team meetings all week. I was surrounded by high carb foods. However my low carb lifestyle gave me 0 cravings and I remained steadfast in keeping on plan. I was able to eat low carb all week! I was amazed at how much self control I had. In the past I would have blown caution to the wind and just ate the carbs while saying “next week I’ll get back on track.” But I don’t have to say that because I never left the path. Big win for me!
