Made Keto blueberry muffins last night. Almond flour, paleo flour, coconut milk, coconut oil, blueberries and a few cranberries for zing. Enjoyed one for breakfast. Glad I stopped at just one! They are so rich and satisfying with the healthy fat and protein. So much better than the empty “wanting more” feeling that I would have after eating a conventional muffin. Keto recipes are the best!
