I feel like I’ve gotten off track. I’m still in ketosis (barely), I’m still not eating many carbs (<20-30) but I haven’t been focusing on tracking ketones/protein/fats so i haven’t lost any more weight. Have to admit I am not used to this 95% humidity so I’ve haven’t been walking like I planned. July 1st - 31st. Challenging myself to refocus and lose more weight. Went on a 4mile walk this morning. Planning on a shorter one this evening. 19,000 steps today.
