Inspired by last weeks mini meeting on italian keto! Mixed ricotta with italian herbs and garlic, layered with pre baked slices of zucchini, eggplant, ground beef (raw for all the yummy flavors, tomato sauce, mozzarella on top! Baked 350 for 50 min. Thanks Vic :)
