Since I have increased protein intake and electrolytes/minerals I am seeing changes/improvements. Haven't had leg and foot cramps since. 😊 To increase my protein intake I have moved from OMAD to two meals a day. Protein is my priority at each meal. I will have to start planning ahead more.... Once I have done this for a bit I might start doing some intermittent fasting like I did before OMAD. Thanks @Vic Basmadjian and the whole crew!
