I made Rosette’s Salted Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies the other day. I added the melted butter when it was too hot and it melted the chips into the dough. Oops! I chilled the dough in a log overnight. Then sliced and baked them and they kind of molded together. No harm done as I managed to get them out as intact squares. Well now I put two thin slices of cream cheese between two cookies and I have a little slice of cheesecake heaven. Thanks Rosette 🥰♥️
