THREAD: I am asked daily how I have managed to lose a seemingly unachievable amount of weight. Certainly finally getting the right advice (spoiler: keto!), has been transformative, but really, I think it was believing a better life existed despite all evidence to the contrary... But my secret weapon…I kept trying. I had so many moments where I didn't believe it was a possibility, but I had so many people who believed in me when I didn't have faith in myself. So, if your confidence has been chipped away by the millions of forces working to remind you what a 'failure' you are, listen to people that believe in you. A big part of my job as a health coach is to remind people that their goals *are* possible, because it’s *so* easy to forget...even the things one knows with certainty. Believing in yourself is the most heroic and brave thing one can do, especially in the face of what seems like near insurmountable odds...and guiding clients back to those core beliefs is an honor and a privilege. If you are doing this alone, facing what feels impossible, and struggling despite knowing all the 'rules' - remember there are people who can help. Please consider joining @Brian Wiley @Vic Basmadjian and @Tia Reid at an upcoming Small Group Coaching starting Thursday, July 11
