I would really appreciate it if the experts could advise about whey protein powders. Is it safe to take 1 scoop a day? Do they spike insulin? Recently I heard that while in nature, proteins and fats usually come together (as in most animals foods), the powders are mostly protein with very little fat and that is a problem. Now I’m puzzled and would really apprciate some advice on this subject. I have been taking an unflavoured whey protein powder regularly as a convenient on-the-go source of protein .
