I don’t usually keep track of my weight loss. I need to lose weight but I don’t really have any weight loss goals - it truly is all about improving my mental health. That said, I saw my son on May 18th; it’s now June 20th. I know what I weighed when I saw him a month ago and, as of today, I’ve lost 15 pounds since then. πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰ (Even with a lot of stress and a cross country road trip with a cat!)
