Still doing well. Even with all of the meals out, I’m not tempted to stray; my mental health gains are too important. Scrambled eggs & bacon or a cheeseburger - that’s the only thing I order except for iced tea and I’m okay with it. Still losing some weight and just got back into testing ketones on my KetoMojo. Pretty much holding steady at 0.9. If like to be higher but given all the stress and the lack of control I have over where and when we are eating, I guess it’s a win. As of today, trying to focus on eating more fats. Hope you have big weekend plans!
