I wish I could give credit to the author but alas, I don’t remember. Four ways to beat that pull toward temptations you are trying to leave behind. I copied this so I can remember I have a choice. Delay, create distance, distract yourself, or download (for example, journal, pray, be accountable thru honesty with someone else, etc). I’m two days in to month six of keto. Goal is to be increasingly level-headed around food, enjoying it without a cycle of guilt/shame by acting really out of character around it. Keto has been a good mechanism of change. Dumping “carbage” and learning to eat fats well with sufficient protein has been such a privilege within this community. Thank you!
