Have a party to go to so i made an early dinner. Had this lesser known in the USA cut of beef called Picanha. Its popular in the Brazilian Churrascaria’s. They call it “sirloin” so an not to confuse non-Brazilians but its different. The amazing fat cap almoat gives it a brisket like juiciness. 70 minutes at 375 yields a medium cook. I put pink salt and pepper and thats it. 15 ounces of it down. So good. Have a great day everyone!!!
