Happy Friday, fitness fam! 🌟 Over the past week, I've been dealing with some lower back pain. Stubborn as I am, I've pushed through, but today I finally took some OTC anti-inflammatory. This morning at the gym, I focused on core, resistance training (minus hex bar lifts), and a less intense HIIT session on the elliptical. Lots of stretches too! 🙌 Remember, it's okay to dial it back when your body needs it. Today's workout was about 75%, and I feel great knowing I listened to my body.
