So when my husband is on afternoon shift like this week my eating is less planned and somewhat unconventional. For supper tonight I had a tuna sandwich with a little cheese and bacon (well that's what I tell my non-low carb family). How can I make a sandwich lowcarb you ask? The "bread" is a basket weave of bacon folded in half. There was some in the fridge that needed to be used so I used it. Have a great weekend everyone!
