Haven't been posting much lately, but I promise you I have been attending TRX and my Grunts and Giggles classes. Tonight was lots of grunts! We did HIIT to tabata, 20 rounds of 30seconds on with 15 second breaks. It was a killer lower body workout. We were doing it outside and were very appreciative of the breeze. Then we went inside to do core work on our mats, once again using the same tabata timing. There was lots of sweat happening in there! But for all of the grunting and sweating that happened we all left happy and are looking forward to next week.๐Ÿ˜Š
