Hi All, hope everyone had a great weekend! Today I needed to remind myself I needed a rest, a reset if you will. We all have busy, event filled days (& evening's) sometimes. After a busy week by last night I was dragging a bit. I knew I needed to rest. So I decided last night to "sleep in" a bit this a.m., not go to the gym on my usual Monday at 4:30 a.m. or at all today. I was able to recharge, feel refreshed today since all of last week caught up to me. I made no excuses to myself other than knowing to listen to my body and get the needed rest that it was calling for. Always take the time to listen to your body, give it what it needs and come back better/stronger the next day 😉.
