Took the day off to get some stuff done but i took a solid 40 minutes to soak up some sun after the gym. Tweaking the diet to gain muscle and burn fat which is like trying to sink and float at the same time but its happening slowly but surely. Think i was battling a sinus thing so that might be why i was tired. But feeling much better now. And im cooking again so im feeling good about that. Have a great week everyone!
