Ok foot update…. Not a stress fracture but a partially torn achilles and a torn plantar fascia. Treatment is the same… cast and boot which hopefully is off in a few weeks! But nevertheless got in a great pull session and a little time on the bike this evening. After so many weeks of being in too much pain to do anything…. Tonight felt great.
