Time to make replacements for high carb stress foods... Struggled recently with few days bread/pizzaice cream and off track eating- had some unexpected stress. I did not have my usual wkly meal prep/backups; and did not use nonfood stress tips. My good thing - is I get back on track quickly; I am very grateful for this community. Often I feel very lonely in my lifestyle. I can see why this community wants to have in person met ups - that human connection is so needed. Covid taught us what isolation does.
