#springtowardhealth Wednesday and Thursday Grunt's 'n Groans was mostly outside. Wednesday was a walk with half of it doing lunges, side steps, walking on toes etc. Once back it was some upper body work with weights. Tonight was a shorter walk with lots of leg work with no weights. It still was tough, I'm sure I will feel it tomorrow.
