Exercise is a lever that I work on every day in some fashion or another. Lots of reasons for that but mostly because it’s part of the process so in my Mr. Spock mind it’s a non-negotiable. I posted earlier that I had been trying out the Strong app that Doctor Laura shared with us. I’m absolutely liking it but I guess it helps to hit “Finish” so it saves it as a completed list. It says it’s my 1st workout but it was actually my 3rd. I’ve got a couple of kinks to work out but that’s ok! Hopefully it’ll tell me “Well Done” next time too! 😂😬 I also looked back today & I’ve got a really good streak going on with my watch rings. Since January 1st I’ve closed all those except 9 days of green exercise rings & 2 days of red move rings….since January 1st, that’s 5 months! I have today & tomorrow to finish up May & it’ll be a full 5 month streak for me! I decided to celebrate with a somewhat sweaty selfie (I absolutely do.not.like taking selfies of myself so this was big for me) in front of a blooming bougie wall while I was out for my daily walk.
