I like the cottage cheese bread but I also use this one that I like a lot 1 avocado 1egg 1cup shredded mozzarella Mash the avocado and combine the ingredients. I add crushed red pepper flakes but you can add any seasoning of your choice. Cook for 30 minutes at 400 #springtowardhealth
