I just wanted to post how grateful I am to have found this community with ALL of YOU! It has made such a difference in my mental well-being because I was feeling like I was paddling upstream alone. With the help of so much support, and all of you cheering me on, I have finally broken a 10 week plateau. I was stuck at 320 pounds FOREVER! I had a great eating day yesterday. I worked out at the pool for an 1 hour 15 minutes, and I have found that eating a little more each day is helping me to lose more weight. I probably wasn’t eating enough. Yesterday I had-steak & eggs w/broccoli for breakfast, lettuce wraps with ground ginger pork, radishes, and some blueberries & strawberries w/A2 organic yogurt for lunch. Dinner was lemon chicken with hearts of palm Angel hair style, with lemon, olive oil and scallions on it and a red cabbage/Brussel sprouts mix! #springtowardhealth
