#springtowardhealth So I tried something different today. I typically get my Resistance Training done at home following YouTube videos that I’ve saved & like. It has worked pretty well overall. I sometimes will switch up which exercises I want to do that day and mostly follow along to use their timers. Today (still at home) I downloaded the Strong App ( @DoctorLaura has suggested it a couple of times) and set up a couple of workout templates to try out. I am trying the Free version at the moment so a nice list of what I actually did isn’t available to me but I took a couple of screenshots because I’m not completely sure if when I go to do my next session it will save the info from the first time or not. 🤷♀️ It’s pretty interesting though because it has a metric TON of different choices from type of exercise to what equipment to which body part & the list goes on… Today’s RT was with dumbbells. I have a variety of those & bands so that’s what I’ll be focusing on for now. I enjoyed going at my own pace & listening to music rather than someone talking. Interestingly it took about the same amount of time as when I follow the videos… 👍
