Hello all. I’ve been in this group for awhile now, reading posts and learning what I can learn. I’ve been low carb off and on for some months, but now I’m hoping to get serious with it. I am hoping to learn your experiences with high blood pressure and getting it under control with keto (if any of you have). My spouse went in to urgent care for a different matter and was found to have had high blood pressure. I’m wondering if diet change can help?
