Had a nice grilled steak last night for dinner. Coffee this morning because I need the caffeine. I’m still not all that interested in cooking or making anything that requires a recipe so I may just stick with burgers for dinner. Quick & easy and a great way for me to stay on track. Haven’t lost weight this week, but I’ve noticed my face is slimming down again so there’s that! #springtowardhealth
