Sleep. I forget who reminded me about Epsom salts and magnesium but I’ve been trying to soak my feet in Epsom salts every night since then and it’s really helping. Last night’s score was an 83 (which is good for me) and I’m back up to 2-1/2 hours of REM. Anyway, thank you! #springtowardhealth
