#springtowardhealth Also did a bit of meal prep before, during & after dinner! Now I have a couple of pounds of oven-roasted chicken tenders all cut up & ready to scarf down when needed! Also cooked 2 lbs of ground lamb & 1.5 lbs of ground beef with the spices that spoke to me tonight & added the leftover zoodles (chopped up) from dinner, also now ready to scarf! It’s gonna be a delicious scarfin’ kinda week! 😋🤤 #scarfityscarfscarfYUM!
