I am working on lever# 7 SLEEP. I am trying to go to bed a half hour earlier between 10 and 10:30pm versus trying to get ready for bed at 10:30pm and not falling asleep till 1130. I am using a sleep app and I had one good night & one NOT-SO-GREAT night. I am definitely a work in progress. I am adding to my strategy for better sleep by not talking on the phone late at night, moving up my bedtime, and continuing with white noise from my fan and the lavender oil. Hoping this can become a great arsenal to create good sleep hygiene and that I can get to a consistent number of 7 hours of sleep per night instead of the 5+ hours I’ve been getting. #springtowardhealth
