Update on my goals of walking 10,000 steps and sleeping better. I am staying consistent with my goal of 10,000 steps. I have exercised everyday. And amazingly my sleep last night was over 7 hours woohoo!! Dr. Laura I would have never thought walking more would help me sleep but wow I believe it is. Last night, I added listening to calm meditation for sleep and stress music before I went to bed and that helped me too. It is only 7pm now and I already have my steps in!!! #springtowardhealth
