Exercise is getting back into a schedule nicely. My goals: *Strength/Resistance Training 2x a week *HIIT/Cardio/Tabata (at least) 3x a week *Daily walks The Real-Real so far this week: *ST w/weights 1x *HIIT/Tabata 3.5 workouts (I like to use a particular short HIIT workout as a warmup so Iβll count them as a .5 total so far π) *Decided to tack on a core workout daily too *2 mile walks each day *After meal short walks each day too On deck for tomorrow: *Cardio warmup β *ST/RT w/weights or bands (TBD) β (weights) *Core workout β *Walking β Bing, Bang, Boom! β¬οΈ DONE for Friday too! π₯³ #springtowardhealth #keeponkeepingon
