#springtowardhealth Grunts &giggles didn't disappoint as usual tonight. Did half the class outside on a walking trail. We didn't just walk normal, there was side steps, lunges, side lunges, up on toes, down on heels and a quick "sprint" at the end to finish. Back inside we used weights for biceps, triceps, shoulders and even a bit of ab work with a plank at the end as always😎. Keeping that movement going and getting 💪
