Working on the sleep lever and I have found that I am at my best when I go to be at the same time my husband does. I used to think of it as my time but found myself staying up way too late and eating when I was just wanting rather than needing. I now sleep better, which I can see by using the Better Sleep app, and no more empty calories! #springtowardhealth
